Ronco is seeking an experienced Project Manager responsible for coordinating and overseeing all assigned projects from signing the contract through project closeout while delivering high-quality customer service promptly.
Accountabilities Include:
  • Work with engineering to track submittals as requested
  • Implement the field installation plan and assist with managing the plan for the project's duration
  • Coordinate project change orders with the sales team
  • Serve as liaison between the Company and contractors in the field, constantly monitoring contractor performance
  • Attend/conduct project meetings with installation and construction personnel
  • Work directly with customers to establish and publish project timelines with a completion date
  • Work with the operations manager to determine staffing and materials needed to complete projects as scheduled
  • Work with the operations manager to ensure accurate and timely billing to the customer.
  • Communicate project progress to customers and Company team members and coordinate project changes with the sales team
  • Evaluate the project regularly to establish best practices and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work with technical staff and trainers to ensure testing and training are completed, and proper closeout documentation is prepared for the customer
Requirements for Success:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience or experience in installing low-voltage systems
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to effectively interpret blueprints or project plans
  • Professional, reliable, highly organized, and punctual
  • Customer service & team oriented with a pleasant disposition
  • Maintain industry-recognized technology credential(s)
  • PMP a plus
  • Maintain a clean driving record

The expected salary for this position ranges from $71,000.00 to $89,000.00 per year.
This role may require you to meet vendor specific credentialing requirements to visit customer sites as a condition of your continued employment. These requirements vary based on the respective healthcare, educational, state, or federal customer and may include vaccinations, additional background checks, additional drug testing, and any other type of criteria as specified by the customer.
