In this role, you will engage directly with clients, helping families access essential childcare resources through an innovative program. Hours and Benefits for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

• Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week

• $50,000 – $54,000 a year depending on experience

• Benefits Package:

• Company paid medical, dental, & vision insurance

• 403(B) with 6% company contribution

• Tuition Reimbursement

Responsibilities for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Child Care Scholarship Program, including qualifications and enrollment processes

• Screen families for eligibility, guide them through the application process, and ensure accurate documentation

• Verify provider information, support their program enrollment, and respond to inquiries

• Maintain accurate records of all communications and respond to program inquires promptly

• Assist in annual recertification, develop strong relationships with providers, and support outreach and educational incentives

Requirements for the Program Enrollment Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
