Position Overview

GCPay, an Autodesk company, simplifies the application for payment processes between general contractors and subcontractors by automating the payment application process.

GCPay is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will help achieve pipeline growth and revenue generation by leading a team of BDRs focused on prospecting and qualifying leads for Autodesk's GCPay product. We are looking for someone who has smart ideas and a passion to lead others to success. This is a remote-friendly role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable and efficient with this type of work environment. You will report directly to the GCPay Product Specialist Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the BDR team's performance.

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate BDRs to enhance their skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and accomplishing outbound sales activities.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align BDR activities with sales goals.

  • Maintain CRM data hygiene.

  • Analyze performance metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Challenge the current process and implement best practices to improve lead management and enhance lead conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.

  • You have a proven track record of success in a team environment of BDRs or similar sales roles in a B2B technology company.

  • You have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management.

  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.

  • You can demonstrate empathy and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role.

  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other sales related platforms.

  • Understanding of construction accounting industry, including terminology, common ERPs, and challenges.

  • Experience leading improvements in team performance.

  • Experience in the software or technology industry with knowledge of Autodesk's products and solutions.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $94,100 and $136,180. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
