Groundskeeper

Join our team as a Groundskeeper, where you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our community. Your duties will include property curb appeal enhancement, performing routine and preventative maintenance, grounds up keeping, welding, mowing, cleaning debris, seeding, and planting. Additional responsibilities including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, grounds cleanup, and tackling ice and snow removal. You will also take on projects and tasks as requested. The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Hard Skills

• Clearing rubbish, weeds, brush and debris on the company grounds

• Grounds maintenance

• Experience with lawn mowers and power tools are a must

• Cleaning the company's grounds by removing rubbish and litter daily

• Ensuring the grounds are clean, safe, and usable by guests and visitors

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s) and ability to go permanent after this time period.

Work Site

This position is based in Albany, NY.

Work Environment

On-site, full-time position with on-call responsibilities.
