HR Specialist will provide administrative support to the assigned locations by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, timekeeper, and other day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the coordination of recruitment for open positions.

  • Entering searches into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and external posting sites.

  • Enter New Hire Information into ATS for onboarding, and completing follow up, as needed.

  • Complete I9 Verification/Reverification, and monitoring work authorization.

  • Run and review benefit monitoring reports.

  • Processing benefits changes, including premium deductions.

  • Review Bi-weekly payroll activity reports

  • Coordinating, and following up on payroll form entry.

  • Complete time report monitoring, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Troubleshooting time and attendance issues, as needed.

  • Assist with New Hire Orientation.

  • Facilitate offboarding process, including providing separation letters and COBRA information.

  • Maintaining personnel files.

  • Assist with special projects.

    Job Requirements:

Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a related field & 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must have strong organizational, communication, and people skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, PowerPoint).

  • Preferred experience working with ATS/HRIS systems.

Compensation for this position: The compensation for this role is between $55,000 to $60,000. The pay will depend on a variety of factors that may include but are not limited to experience, education, training, and certifications.
