Honeywell Field Service Engineer I in Albany, New York

As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and support to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be accountable for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $91,400. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues for our customers

  • Provide technical support for our IA solutions

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in project management and execution

  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

WE VALUE:

  • Technical or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

  • 2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on technical solutions

  • Desired experience in a similar role
