Job Status: Full-Time / Exempt

Compensation: up to $54,000

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the point of contact for all referring agencies.

  • Providing treatment information to incoming parents/guardians.

  • Planning and scheduling admissions.

  • Completion of the assessment and admissions process including history gathering, scheduling appointments, financial needs, and assisting in the discharge procedure.

Requirements

Requirements include:

  • NYS CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification preferred.

  • Degree in Human Services or a related filed preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-year full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field.

  • Maintaining Licensure and Credentials at all times is required.
