Unity House Administrative Assistant A Child's Place Albany in Albany, New York

Our program is a place where all children are cherished, so they can learn and grow together.

This is a part-time Mon- Fri position from 2:30-5:30.

Pro-rate sign on bonus available

A Child's Place at Unity House is currently hiring for a part- time Administrative Assistant for our Albany Preschool at 50 Philip St.

Successful candidates will be highly organized, personable and enjoy working in an environment that promotes team work and a welcoming atmosphere for families and employees.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for staff.

Maintain student records.

Copy, filing and laminating as needed.

Greet and welcome families , students and visitors to the building.

Answer phone calls.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

High School diplom a required /Associate’s Degree preferred with a minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experience. Must have reliable transportation. Clean, valid NYS Driver License. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. This is a fast-paced work environment, therefor candidates must be able to multi-task.
