JOB TITLE: Milagros Coffee Shop Assistant Manager

MUSTS: Driver's License (Preferred), Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, social media platforms, online ordering, barista job duties, Help manage coffee shop.

SKILLS: Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, social media platforms, online ordering, etc. High level of customer service skills and conflict resolution Exceptionally skilled in all aspects of Barista job description High level of integrity and trustworthiness Ability to problem solve and bring thoughts and suggestions to the manager

DUTIES: In addition to all barista job duties, the assistant manager will assist the manager in the following areas. Complete daily register sheet and submit bank deposits Run errands to grocery stores, WTDF bakery, and other locations as directed Drop off and pick-up laundry Training help with new hired employees/baristas Learn stocking and ordering from vendors as needed Breakdowns of receipts and invoices when manager is on vacation Cover manager for vacations, days-off, and sick leave Take care of minor managerial issues before they come to the manager while on duty such as routine questions, phone calls, and register issues Learn maintenance and troubleshooting for all machinery including the Synesso espresso machine Learn intake process for catering orders/support on deliveries and organization for caterings

WAGES: $15.50 per hour plus tips, overtime with approval of the manager.
