Performance Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the company's financial performance, as well as product and customer-specific reporting. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, is a critical thinker and has a strong excel background. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepares sales and gross profit reporting for North America Commercial teams Supports Commercial Management and Leadership Teams Works closely with sales teams to provide insightful reporting Responsible for the creation and reporting of annual commission plan for multiple Sales Teams to ensure accuracy of results for scheduled payments according to plan structure Model pay structures and territory size with Sales Leaders Analyzes sales data as requested by management using various reporting tools Provides analytical support including but not limited to profitability analysis, business review presentations and other sales or marketing analysis requests Works independently and cross functionally to provide detailed, accurate and timely reporting Documentation of all reporting processes Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 2-5 years of financial analysis experience Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency Attention to detail Analytical skills Development of reports in multiple environments Understanding of business process as well as financial reporting and analysis Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel Benefits Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs. This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 plus benefits.
