Genesis Corp Executive Assistant - Leadership in Akron, Ohio

Genesis10 is seeking an Executive Assistant - Leadership for a hybrid 12-month contract position with a leading client in Akron, OH. This role pays $30-33.00 /hour W2 based on experience. This position will work on a hybrid schedule. Candidates applying must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work on a W2 basis directly with Genesis10. Job Duties: Demonstrating a solid commitment to all aspects of safety including maintaining a safe workplace for coworkers Providing sophisticated calendar and travel management. Prioritizing inquiries and requests, while troubleshooting conflicts; making judgments and recommendations to ensure effective day to day scheduling Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the president's ability to effectively lead the organization, including collecting and preparing information for meetings, composing and preparing correspondence, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, managing contact lists, making travel arrangements, completing expense and mileage reports, and completing special projects as assigned Serving as the primary point of contact with other client executives, for internal and external stakeholders, and for external visitors, including matters of a highly confidential or critical nature. Researching and prioritizing before determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response. Exercising judgment to reflect the president's style and organization policy. Communicating directly, on behalf of the president and vice president, and responding to emails, texts, phone calls outside of normal business hours, as needed Keeping the president and vice president well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately Effectively managing the president and vice president's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance Maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Managing information and materials of a sensitive or confidential nature Maintaining a well-organized filing system for key materials and reports (electronic and hard copy) Using excellent communication skills with good judgment Anticipating needs and delivering results consistently Displaying excellent teamwork while working with other assistants and employees Supporting other executives from time to time Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Minimum 10 years comparable work experience required, including experience providing support to C-level executive Must pass company Support and Administrative Selection System (SASS) test Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Email and Calendaring; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
