Role Objective The Marketing and Media Manager manages media planning, buying, and execution of marketing campaigns across the Enterprise and B2B markets. The manager collaborates with Project Managers, Marketing Operations, Marketing Services, Agency/Outside Partners and Business teams in budgeting, planning, trafficking, campaign setup, reporting and optimizations of campaigns both internally and with external partners Essential Functions and Responsibilities Collaborates with business teams and marketing services to plan, execute, optimize and report on digital marketing campaigns achieving strategic and operational business objectives in a timely and budgeted manner. Manage external media buying partners ensuring agencies work to achieve digital media campaign goals and KPIs aligned with enterprise initiatives. Provide guidance with optimizations, creative and audience adjustments. Manage media budgets, insertion orders, and invoice processing with Accounts Payable. Tracking media spends through Allocadia platform. Reports on forecasted amounts verses actuals to stakeholders. Plan and manage execution of internal media buying with key digital platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, DSPs) while uncovering new channels and partners to assist in streamlining campaigns. Strategize and optimize campaigns to meet overall enterprise goals and KPIs. Manage daily interaction with media agencies, third-party digital marketing vendors, and publisher partners. Provide thorough production lists of media specs and placement details for internal creative team and outside creative agencies for media placements. Traffic media placements to launch campaigns on time with tracking. QAs campaigns to ensure tagging and tracking are implemented properly for reporting. Track media timelines through WorkFront (project management system) to ensure outside deadlines are met, provide feedback, confirm specs, and access final creative. Collaborate with market research & marketing analytics to understand consumer segmentation/behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in digital marketing strategies. Lead digital reporting, collaborating with marketing analytics and consolidating key metrics into a dashboard view and presenting insights that drive actionable recommendations for creative, audience, and future media placements. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in engagement, and communicate those findings along with enhancement opportunities to the relevant stakeholders Find synergies and ways to streamline media and marketing operations and executions. Create new strategies and customer journeys to keep leads engaged throughout multi-level sales funnel campaigns and retargeting. Education and Experience BA, BS in marketing, communications or business preferred Minimum five (5) years' experience in digital marketing and management Experience with proven results with common digital marketing platforms (i.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, DSPs, Amazon) and campaign creation Experience with digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, Tableau, or DOMO Supervision/Coordination This position does not manage other GOJO team members This position reports to the Marketing Pl
