Description

We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our team based in Akron, Ohio. The role involves working closely with the software development teams and assisting them with business requirements. It's a contract employment opportunity where the Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for writing user stories, documentation, and defining acceptance criteria for Software Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the software development team

• Write and manage user stories to guide the development process

• Conduct Agile Scrum sessions and Sprint demos to understand and review progress

• Work on AB Testing to ensure the software meets the business requirements

• Document the process flow charts and manage the process documentation

• Define the feature requirements and acceptance criteria for software engineers

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the software meets the defined criteria

• Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to understand and implement their requirements.

Requirements

• Must have experience with Agile methodologies.

• Ability to produce accurate and comprehensive Process Documentation.

• Experience in creating detailed Technical Documentation.

• Ability to define clear and concise Acceptance Criteria.

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is essential.

• Must be able to develop effective User Stories.

• Proficiency in creating and interpreting Process Flow Charts.

• Ability to analyze and interpret Business Requirements.

• Experience in identifying and defining Feature Requirements.

• Must be able to define and clarify project Requirements.

• Experience in conducting and participating in Sprint demos.
