About the Position: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to Riverwood Healthcare Center, including those in obstetrics (OB) and medical-surgical (Med Surg) units. Deliver prescribed treatments, personal care services, and support based on individual patient needs. Utilize clinical skills and sound judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Previous experience in OB is preferred but not required. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Deliver direct care, including ADLs, physical assessments, and patient transfers Develop and implement individualized care and teaching plans Administer medications and IV therapies, including blood products Respond to emergencies and participate in quality improvement Document patient care accurately and report significant changes Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Demonstrate specialized skills in OB, CCU/ICU, Chemotherapy, and ER as needed What we are looking for: RN License from Minnesota State Board of Nursing required BLS certification required; ACLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation What we offer: At Riverwood Healthcare, treating our patients well starts with treating our employees well.
