* Eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus * About the Position: The Clinic LPN / CMA - Spine is a pivotal member of the neck, back, and spine care team at Riverwood Healthcare Center. This role works collaboratively with clinic providers, clinical assistants, registered nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and deliver patient-centered care across all age groups. What we are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous clinic experience preferred. Proficient computer skills. Current LPN in Minnesota or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Participate in team huddles to meet patient needs. Perform patient care tasks: data collection, medication administration, vital signs. Assist in rooming patients and documenting under provider direction. Prepare clinic rooms and maintain supplies. Support daily clinic operations as needed.
