Aiea Distribution Firm is looking for an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The candidate will perform various administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsibilities:

• File, fax, scan, copy, type documents, and perform data entry tasks

• Handle the processing and distribution of mail

• Perform other various clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of clerical experience

• Basic to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Positive attitude and strong team contribution

• Highly reliable and punctual
