Looking for an experienced QC Inspector for a rapidly growing medical device company focused on Women's Health.

Job Functions:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and any other related information to inspect parts

• Ability to utilize measuring equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, microscopes, etc.

• Perform routine quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing services and products

• Measure product dimensions, examining the functionality of products, and comparing the final products to see if standards are met

• Recommend product improvements and changes to the production processes to improve quality

• Document inspection findings, and completing detailed reports and performance records, including NCR’s, Deviations and recommendations for improvement

• Educating the production team on quality control processes, concerns, and standards of product quality

• Role within incoming inspection, clean room environment of in-process and final device inspections and testing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inspection instruments.

• Medical Device Industry is preferred, however other regulated industries and Printed Circuit board experience is also strong for this position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
