As a Human Resources Team Member at Six Flags New England... You\'ll contribute to our mission by: Assisting employees through the onboarding process, and coordinating employee training dates Assisting employees with any concerns that may arise throughout their employment Enforcing and relaying company polices and procedures Answering the department phone lines, answering employee questions and directing calls as needed Filing paperwork efficiently and accurately for all employee personnel files Maintaining proper record keeping of all files Assisting in making phone calls to schedule interviews and complete paperwork Sorting and issuing paychecks on a weekly basis Tracking daily call outs and communicating them to operational departments Issuing and recording counseling and coaching documentation Inventorying employee uniforms; keeping HR Offices stocked with required uniform items for distribution Maintaining a professional image at all times Being knowledgeable of Six Flags policies and procedures Assisting in other areas of the Human Resources Department Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to support Six Flags New England You\'ll do it with your: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, and the ability to learn other computer systems Ability to work in a confidential environment Superior phone etiquette Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner Sense of fun Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address team member concerns You\'ll know you\'re ready if you are: Willing to work in a high performance team environment Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; this is a seasonal role that works between 15-30 hours a week from February to November Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language 16 years old or older Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
