Certificate of Authority to practice is required. Current CPR certification required.

Nurse Practitioner:

Master of Nursing (MSN) degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio Acute Care Certification preferred

Physician Assistant:

Master’s degree  Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio PA-C
