Job Summary: S4 Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to provide Cybersecurity support for the classified environment and systems at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). ARL's mission is to discover, innovate, and transition science and technology to ensure dominant strategic land power, aiming to be the nation's premier laboratory for land forces. The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will work within the Cybersecurity Office under the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), ensuring compliance with DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards across ARL's classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive Cybersecurity support for ARL's classified environment and systems.

  • Ensure compliance with DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards for classified networks.

  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for classified systems.

  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches within the classified environment.

  • Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure effective security measures.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Cybersecurity experience.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting classified networks.

  • CISSP certification or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards and protocols.

  • Experience with security assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and report findings.

    Key Areas of Focus:

  • Support the Cybersecurity Office under the OCIO within ARL.

  • Manage Cybersecurity services for ARL's three directorates: Research Business Directorate (RBD), the Army Research Directorate (ARD), and the Army Research Office (ARO).

  • Ensure successful performance and compliance with Cybersecurity standards across ARL's classified environments.
