S4 Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead and manage Cybersecurity services at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). ARL's mission is to discover, innovate, and transition science and technology to ensure dominant strategic land power, striving to be the nation's premier laboratory for land forces. The Program Manager will oversee the Cybersecurity Office under the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), ensuring compliance with DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards across ARL's environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Contractor employees, assigning workloads and delivering monthly status reports.

• Perform and report risk management activities.

• Provide oversight to ensure that established processes are followed.

• Make management and operational decisions to meet the quality standards required under the task order.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of Cybersecurity experience.

• Minimum of five (5) years of program management experience.

• CISSP certification or equivalent required

• PMP strongly desired

• Demonstrated ability to manage Cybersecurity services and ensure compliance with DoD and Army Cybersecurity standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team and project requirements.

  Key Areas of Focus:

• Support the Cybersecurity Office under the OCIO within ARL.

• Manage Cybersecurity services for ARL's three directorates: Research Business Directorate (RBD), the Army Research Directorate (ARD), and the Army Research Office (ARO).

• Ensure successful performance and compliance across ARL environments.
