Description
100% in-office HR Coordinator for a Professional Services organization in Addison, TX. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This position will involve many administrative and clerical tasks as well as Human Resources responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable completing tasks outside of the Human Resources space and be a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are smoothly integrated into the company and its culture
• Organize and manage orientation programs designed to acquaint new hires with the company's policies and team structures
• Develop strategies to foster a work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and morale
• Administer all employee benefits, answering any queries staff may have about their benefits and liaising with benefit providers as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Oversee all day-to-day office services, including monitoring office supplies, managing office maintenance, and leading office space planning initiatives
• Carry out various clerical duties such as directing calls, responding to emails, distributing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Benefit Functions, ensuring employees understand their benefits and managing any benefits-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, ensuring the organization adheres to all legal and company regulations related to employment.
• Proven ability to manage Employee Relations, facilitating positive relationships between employees and the organization.
• Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and their application within the workplace.
• Experience in Onboarding, effectively introducing new employees to the organization and setting them up for success.
• Skilled at promoting Employee Engagement, creating a positive work environment that encourages employee involvement and boosts morale.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration, managing day-to-day HR operations and tasks.
