Job Title: HRIS AnalystJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage the ticketing system for various sites and oversee time and attendance using 'Vantage' timekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accruals and knowledge of FLSA and overtime laws. Responsibilities include updating and auditing time cards, acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and issues, and providing excellent Tier I support. Additional duties involve supporting the intake, assignment, research, and resolution of general payroll and timekeeping inquiries, assisting with data entry such as direct deposit and demographic information changes, monitoring the payroll hotline, and providing customer service support. You will also assist with workflow approvals using ADP Vantage and learn specific duties of a Time & Attendance Analyst.

Hard Skills

  • Basic understanding of accruals

  • Knowledge of FLSA and overtime laws

  • Experience with ADP Vantage (preferred)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Addison, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role involves managing a ticketing system, providing Tier I support, and assisting with various payroll and timekeeping tasks in a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
