Duties include: - Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a childcare setting which includes feeding, grooming, and changing diapers - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Encourage positive behavior and good manners - Help develop age-appropriate activities to provide educational experiences and build socialization skills - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom or daycare area - Communicate effectively with parents/guardians providing updates on child's progress

Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age -Clear a criminal background check -Certification in Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training, Essentials Pre-service Training, and infant, child, and adult CPR and First Aid (can obtain within first 3 months of employment)

Experience: - Previous experience in babysitting, care giving, nanny-ing, preschool, or related field is preferred - Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles - Familiarity with behavior management strategies for children of different ages - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
