Responsibilities

Human resource managers are the point of contact for all matters involving employees. As a result, they are responsible for managing tasks like recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent management. The jobs and duties performed by a human resource manager include the following:

  • Put the organisations talent and human resources strategy into action
  • Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
