Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling -Scheduling appointments and examinations
- Record keeping -Recording HR meetings and employee information
- Hiring -Helping with hiring new staff members, including setting up interviews and background checks
- Onboarding - Conducting orientation and explaining work duties to new employees
- Testing
- Administering and scoring tests to evaluate applicants' skills
- Communication -Answering questions from employees, applicants, and external stakeholders
- Documentation
- Preparing offer letters and contracts
