The Bilingual Human Resources Assistant supports human resources staff by performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling -Scheduling appointments and examinations
  • Record keeping -Recording HR meetings and employee information
  • Hiring -Helping with hiring new staff members, including setting up interviews and background checks
  • Onboarding - Conducting orientation and explaining work duties to new employees
  • Testing
    • Administering and scoring tests to evaluate applicants' skills
  • Communication -Answering questions from employees, applicants, and external stakeholders
  • Documentation
    • Preparing offer letters and contracts

The Bilingual HR Assistant should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
