Job Summary

• The Supervisor is accountable for housekeeping and foodservice programs to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of establishment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.

• Supports the hospital's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.

• Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.

• Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience in housekeeping/food service and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• 1-3 months experience required.

• 6 months-1 year experience preferred.

License/Certification/Registration

• ServSafe certification.

Work Schedule

• Varied shifts: 6:45am-3:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 1:00pm-8:00pm

• Every other weekend and holiday
