Summary About the Position: This Program Analyst position is assigned to the Program Executive Office, Command Control Communications-Tactical Network (PEO C3T), PMO I2S (6MB) BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DIVISION, located in APG, MD. Responsibilities Serves as an expert analyst and/or advisor for PEO/PM management regarding assigned projects and programs. Establishes schedules for planning, coordination and accomplishment of work to facilitate the acquisition and/or work process. Provides financial advisory services for a major segment of the PEO/PM budget for one or more funding lines or type of funds. Performs analysis, evaluation and oversight of all aspects of the planning, programming, budgeting and execution of major Project Management (PM) programs. Represents the organization at meetings and briefings regarding assigned programs and projects. Serves as an expert analyst and/or advisor for PEO/PM management to develop execution and programmatic requirements within Project Management Resources Tool (PMRT) and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR). Prepares material and conducts meetings and briefings. Develops a variety of correspondence (e.g., PEO/PM orders/directives, standard operating procedures, reports, briefings, staff papers, etc.).
