This is a pivotal position for our team; internal and external customers, who is focused on supporting the program and its growth.

  • Manage complex activities including development of new concepts and techniques to solve problems based on analysis and evaluation of data within a program, contract or department.
  • Support technical team members with SCIP, QR and OTNK projects.
  • Communicate and support internal and external resources (staff, facilities, and equipment)
  • Report on project budget, schedule, monitoring, and completion of goals and milestones in accordance with approved plans.
  • Stay current with industry trends.
  • Manage ongoing contractual project requirements (schedule, technical, and budgetary).
  • Participate in proposals and cost estimates for new and existing customers based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain on-going communication with team, suppliers, customers, and leadership.
  • Build consensus and motivate teams in appropriate and respectful manner.
  • Provide clear guidance and display strong leadership to internal and external customers.
  • Briefing senior management.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate a respectful demeanor.

4+ years' experience coordinating tasks and managing resources to achieve project objectives and requirements within cost and schedule constraints.

Extensive experience strategically leading and managing large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving operational improvements.

Shall have at least one (2) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
