TEKsystems Active Directory Analyst in ABBOTT PARK, Illinois

Description:

We have a job opening for an entry-level Active Directory Analyst in Waukegan, IL. The role involves serving as a technology expert, handling complex issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring compliance with corporate and divisional policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and formatting data for recertification using various tools

  • Reviewing recertification status to identify discrepancies and initiate corrections

  • Managing email communications for recertification issues

  • Ensuring timely removal or modification of user permissions

  • Processing application and database recertification using the GAA Recertification Database Tool

  • ITSM Remediation of Help Desk Tickets

  • Communicating with mid to upper-level management

  • Generating reports for Manager Review

Qualifications required for the role include:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Familiarity with audit, business, and segregation of duties risks and controls

  • Work experience in application and database system security administration

  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, and database concepts

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • 1-3 years of business experience

  • Knowledge of Access Management

  • Awareness of risk practices and regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
