Job Description :

Senior Marketing Manager, Non-Alcohol positions offered by Diageo North America, Inc. (New York, NY). Lead creation of long-term non-alcoholic brand strategy across D2C, On / Off & Non premise channels and activity plans based on consumer / customer / shopper insight. Lead development and execution of coordinated brand platform and in-culture agenda – leading cross functional agency teams to deliver outstanding communications plans across growth drivers. Manage team of marketing professionals to drive market-share development of non-alcohol brands. Lead business planning cycle to deliver best in class brand plans. Model ideal partnerships with commercial, brand, agencies and global brand leadership partnerships to drive agenda for cadence of partner reviews. Lead brand team with accountability for team output, workflow management, mentoring and coaching. Collaborate with peer D2C team to drive high impact for e-comm. Manage marketing budget and lead smart investment making decisions, with the intention of generating strong ROI. Strong presentation skills with ability to develop ideas and inspire action across all levels of the organization. Managing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with trade practices and consulting with legal department and senior management to drive utilization of required alcohol trade practices for non-alcoholic products. Responsible for ensuring company aligns with required marketing practices through the review and research of changes to Diageo’s marketing code.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in marketing, classics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience performing consumer brand marketing. Also requires 5 years of experience: performing innovation development and through-the-line commercialization; performing budget and P&L management; and performing brand architecture portfolio management. Position reports to office in New York, NY. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. We are offering a salary of $173,056 to $209,875 per year.
